Dear ones!  I put together a guided breath meditation in hopes to support your home practice. I think its so important to stay with our practice especially during times of high stress!  What do we typically do though?  We eat worse, sleep less, drink more, etc instead of buckling down and doing what is right for our body which is increased self-care and increased practices to support well-being.
