Our teacher training group has embarked on a 30 day cold shower therapy challenge to choose to be uncomfortable.  Did you know that cold showers are an old yogic technique called ishnaan?  It is the ancient science of hydrotherapy.  I am now on day 16 and its going great!  My inner dialogue has quieted and I am finding that I am actually feeling wide awake, relaxed, and happy throughout the day by starting my day with a cold shower.  How cold, you may ask,  as cold as you can get it!  Please watch this...
