DFW’s 11th Annual FREE Day of Yoga at Indra’s Grace!

Join Us! September 4th!


Please invite your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to try a Yoga class to help inspire and celebrate the many wonderful benefits of Yoga.  This is a great opportunity to bring your friends and family to try a free gentle introductory Yoga class.  All classes are suitable for all ages and levels.

Please note that all regularly scheduled classes are canceled on Labor Day.  Last year we had over eighty participants in this event!

Class times for our Labor Day event are as follows:

9am Level 1 Yoga

10:25am Gentle & Senior Yoga

11:45am Level 1 Yoga

Why try Yoga?

Yoga has many benefits to offer for beginners as well as for those who have practiced for years.  It’s been around for centuries but is as relevant today as ever.

Benefits and Top 10 Reasons to Practice Yoga

1. Stress Relief –  Yoga reduces the physical effects of stress on the body. By encouraging relaxation, yoga helps to lower the levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
